We are committed to protecting your privacy. Unlike cloud-based transcription services, Auditory is designed from the ground up to process everything locally on your device.

Because Auditory processes everything on-device, we do not collect:

• Translation data
• Usage patterns within the application
• Microphone access data
• Any content you create or process with Auditory

Because Auditory processes all data locally on your device and we never have access to your transcriptions, the application is inherently suitable for environments requiring HIPAA compliance. No Business Associate Agreement is required as we are not a business associate under HIPAA.

Auditory is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on our website with an updated effective date.
